Hey everyone, I wanted to collect some business information for networking within our group, the Italian Culture, Dining and Languge group of Tampa Bay. It'd also be a good way to get to know more about our meetup members.

Therefore, I am going to create a simple PDF file that I will publish on the meetup site every so often. In the meetup group itself, it will go in the "Files" Section under the "More" menu on the right.

This information is optional

You don't have to provide any information, or can leave out whatever you wish.  The only required field is the email address, because the database requires it, but I will not publish it.

You won't receive any emails from this signup.  The only way I'll communicate with you is through the meetup group.
