Feast of St. Stephen
December 26 (annual)

The 26th of December (the day after Christmas) is a holiday for Italians.

St. Stephen's Day, which marks the announcement of the birth of Jesus and the arrival of the Three Wise Men, is also a major holiday in Italy with nativity celebrations, etc.

It is also celebrated in Austria, Germany, Denmark, Romania, and other countries as well.

In Australia, Canada and New Zealand, it is known as Boxing Day.
