World Nutella Day

Nutella is a tasty unique spread made from the combination of roasted hazelnuts, skim milk and a cocoa. It is produced by the Italian company Ferrero starting in 1963. The recipe was developed from an earlier Ferrero spread released in 1949. Nutella is very popular in Italy and is sold in more than 75 countries world-wide.

Started in 2007, February 5th became known as World Nutella Day, a day for nutella lovers all over the globe to unite and celebrate this Italian spread that brings back many childhood memories for lots of people.

There is even a facebook page to celebrate world nutella day.
