L’Oro Di Spello, which means the gold of Spello.

An annual celebration of the olive harvest.  Bruschetta is a flat-bread that is toasted and is rubbed with garlic and olive oil and topped with chopped tomatoes.

This four-day festival honoring the olive dates back to 1962.  Celebrations include tastings, parades, and many other festivities.


Location : Spello, Umbria, Italy
