Jovanotti in Miami, Italian rap superstar

Lorenzo Chirubini is an Italian singing sensation known as Jovanotti.  He is a famous singer, rapper and song writer that burst onto the Italian music scene in the late 1980's. 

Jovanotti comes from the Italian "Giovanotti" which means young men.  He tried to make his name appeal to an American audience by changing it to Joe Vanotti, but then became Jovanotti.  

He has quite a number of top hits including "Gimme Five", "Gimme Five Rasta Five", along with others.  Most of his songs are in Italian, although he does have some in Spanish.

He will be playing a concert to remember at the Miami Beach Fillmore
